KEISKEI HAIR TONIC & HAIR PARFUME CONDITIONER REVIEW (SPONSORED)

Hi everyone,

Today is the first time I'm reviewing hair products. I usually share about skin care and make up but I think I need to share some product that I use for my hair especially if the products work good to treat my hair problem. So here we go...

Last month, Surabaya Beauty Blogger has a collab with Keiskei Indonesia and I got a chance to try some of their hair treatments. Here are Keiskei Hair Tonic and Keiskei Hair Parfume Conditioner.

Keiskei is one of the local hair treatment brand established in 2015 focusing in hair fall and baldness problems. Their products are japan formulated and they are the first hair treatment brand in Indonesia that produce hair growth treatment using nano technology.

Beside the technology, they also formulated with the powerful active ingredient such as :

~ ASHITABA (Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi)
Ashitaba is the main active ingredient that used in all of Keiskei products. It has the benefit to boost the new hair cell regeneration and prevent the increasing of DHT.

~ CANTELLA ASIATICA
Cantella Asiatic has the benefit to repair the skin cells, stimulate hair growth and has a calming effect to reduce pain

~ GRAPE SEED OIL
Grape Seed Oil has a high anti oxidan benefit, and it contains OPC to prevent the DHT production and has a maximal function to stimulate the hair folicle.

~ SUNFLOWER SEED OIL
Sunflower Seed Oil effectively heals inflamation, skin irritation and repair the damaging skin tissue. Also contains omega 6 to quickly reduce hair fall.

~ OLIVE OIL
Olive Oil has calming benefit and treat some skin problems such as acne pimple, psoriasis, dermatitist, sabhoreic, wound, etc.

~ KUKUI NUT OIL
Kukui Nut Oil contains high anti oxidan, fatty acid and vitamin A, E & C. It has the benefit to calm and smoothen without leaving sebum. So this is good to heal inflamation wound, eksim and psoriasis.

~ JOJOBA OIL
Jojoba Oil has a benefit as a serum to maintain the health of the hair and make it shine. It strengthened the hair roots and maximize hair growth.

Keiskei has produced 3 kinds of hair treatments products. They are Hair Tonic, Hair Shampoo and Hair Treatment Conditioner. All of their products are already BPOM registered.

And now, since I only got 2 of them, I will review the Hair Tonic and Hair Parfume Conditioner.

KEISKEI HAIR TONIC

Keiskei Hair Tonic is a hair growth tonic with high active ingredient concentrate to treat baldness. It has some benefit such as :
~ regrowth new hair
~ stop hair fall
~ remove fungi and bacteria on head skin
~ make the wound heal faster
~ treat psoriasis baldness, sabhorea baldness, genetic baldness and coin baldness maximaly.

Keiskei Hair Tonic with Nano Technology contains high anti oxidan with natural ingredients such as organic Ashitaba extractt, cantella asiatic extract, hydrolized wheat protein and retinol booster to boost the nee hair growth and repair the damage tissue maximaly.

This hair tonic comes in a white plastic bottle packaging with spray. The ingredient list and product description are written in detail on a bottle packaging.

This toner has transparent green watery texture and it doesn't feel sticky at all. It doesn't cause limp hair and it smells so refreshing. There's no chemical scent but it has slightly alcohol smells while you spray it on.

It has cooling effect once you spray it on hair roots, but after massage you will feel a warn sensation. I bet that's how the product started to work.

Here's the pic of my hair taken from above 2 weeks before using Keiskei Hair Tonic. And yes my hair is very thin so I definitely need some powerful hair growth products to regrowth my hair fall.

And here's the comparison pic before and after using Keiskei Hair Tonic for 10 days. It was amazing!!! It supposed to be used twice a day but I only used it once a day. The result is not only reduce hair fall, it also regrowth my hair so fast. It was unexpected and I'm happy with the result. I know the price is quite expensive but looking at the result, it's worth to buy.

After all, here's my pros and cons.

Pros :

~ travel friendly (available in smaller size)

Cons :

KEISKEI HAIR PARFUME CONDITIONER

Keiskei Hair Parfume Conditioner is formulated with nano technology to gives refreshing scent for hair without damaging your hair. It's a hair vitamin contains high anti-oxidant & omega 6 with natural active ingredient such as organic ashitaba extract, Cantella asiatic extract, sunflower seed extract, grape seed extract, jojoba oil, olive oil & kukui nut oil.

Keiskei Hair Parfume Conditioner has some benefit such as :
~ maintain the hair moisture
~ remove bothering smells on your hair especially after using helmet, cap or hair veil all day
~ protect your hair from UV rays

This hair parfume conditioner also comes in a white plastic bottle packaging with spray. The ingredient list and product description are written in detail on a bottle packaging.

This hair parfume conditioner has a watery texture and has no color. It smells soooooo great, such a fruity fragrance and it's so refreshing. It makes my hair become smoother & more managable right after spraying it on. I usually use it before blow dry my hair.

My hair is very dry and frizzy. Especially the edge part is totally damage. But this hair parfume conditioner helps a lot to make my hair become easy to comb. And I really love the scent. It doesn't cause hair limp or oily like some hair vitamin or hair serum I've ever tried. Here's how my hair looks like after using Keiskei HPC.

And on the comparison pic below, you can see my hair before and after using Keiskei Hair Parfume Conditioner.

For me personally, this HPC is too pricey looking at the benefit. It does make my hair smoother and more managable. But compare to this 100 ml HPC, I could buy 2 or 3 jars of hair mask with more benefit for my dry and damage hair. Well, just my opinion. But so far I like this product especially the scent.

So after trying Keiskei hair parfume conditioner, here's my pros and cons.

Pros :

~ smells really nice & refreshing

~ makes my hair smoother & more managable

~ doesn't cause hair limp

~ produced with nano technology japan

~ use natural ingredients

Cons :

~ the spray is not widely spreading

~ too pricey

UNBOXING SOCOBOX ~ SOCIOLLA X BRUNBRUN PARIS (FIRST IMPRESSION)

As you guys know, I always feel so happy to receive a beauty box wherever they come from. And I was excited to be chosen over 1000 people to get a pretty pink Socobox from Sociolla x BrunBrun Paris. 😍😍😍.

What's inside the box?

I got 5 skin care product and 1 make up product. And all of the products I got are personalized for my skin type that I already filled in on my beauty profile in Sociolla website.

Without further do, I'm gonna share my first impression of each products. Here we go...

1. BRUNBRUN DAILY CLEANSER (brightening)
Formulated with natural derived ingredients, it is a gently and thoroughly cleanse yoir face. The formula contains combination if Niacinamide and Allantoin that helps to make your skin visibly brighter.

This cleanser comes in a travel size (20 ml) aluminium sachet packaging with a sealed screw cap. The product description, production information, price, exp date and the ingredient list are written at the back of the packaging.

This cleanser has a thick creamy texture in pearl white color and it produces smooth foam. It has a strong avocado scent which is really nice. I'm not a fan of avocado but I don't mind with the scent. And I know that avocado is great for the skin so I won't complain 😄😄😄.

After trying this cleanser, my first impression is, I feel my skin become squeaky clean after rinsing, look brighter and didn't feel dry out.

Pros :
~ travel friendly
~ nice scent
~ slightly brightening effect after cleanse
~ didn't dry out my skin
~ didn't break out my skin
~ affordable price (16K)

Cons :
~ the fragrance is a bit too strong
~ contain SLS

Overall, I rate it 4 out of 5.

2. BRUNBRUN DAILY MOISTURIZER (brightening)
A lightweight, fast-absorbing moisturizer that formulated with naturally derived ingredients to leave skin feeling moisturized. The formula contains combination of Niacinamide and Allantoin that helps to make your skin visibly brighter.

Like the cleanser, this moisturizer also comes in a travel size (20 ml) aluminium sachet packaging with a sealed screw cap. The product description, production information, price, exp date and the ingredient list are written at the back of the packaging.

This moisturizer has a thick lotion texture in pearl white color. It's easy to spread out, absorbs quickly into the skin and gives a matte finish and instant brightening effect. It also has a strong avocado scent like the cleanser.

After trying this moisturizer, my first impression is, I love the instant brightening effect but It's not moisturizing enough for me. I think if you have normal to oily skin, this product is still suitable to you, especially the oil control.

For my dry skin, this product is more suitable to work as a primer than a moisturizer. I think I will use this as a primer since it didn't break out my skin.

Pros :

~ didn't break out my skin

Cons :

~ the fragrance is a bit too strong

~ not moisturizing enough

3. BRUNBRUN BLACK MUD PEEL OFF MASK (reviving)

Peel off mask black mud derived from natural ingredients, contain antioxidant and mineral helps rejuvenates the skin and make it looks clear and youthful.

This mask comes in a tiny plastic packaging with sealed screw cap which is very cute. They wrote all the information of the product including ingredient list, product description, exp date, price, production & manufacture information at the back of the packaging.

This mask has a black thick gel texture that will dry after few minutes and ready to peel off. I tried it on my nose and I can say this mask has a really strong fragrance and alcohol scent. I was quite afraid to try it on my whole face so I tried only on my nose to let you know how it works.

I waited for about more than 20 minutes until it fully dry and I started to peel them off. It was easy to peel and didn't hurt at all. But it also didn't really remove whitehead and blackhead. I only saw few whitehead on that piece. But since it's a reviving mask, it's acceptable.

However, the strong fragrance didn't irritate my sensitive skin. And it made my skin smoother and glowing after peel off. So I would probably try it on all over my face later.

After trying this mask, my first impression is I can't accept the strong fragrance. I prefer skincare with less or no fragrance. But this one is too strong for me compare to other peel off mask I've ever tried.

~ didn't dry out my skin

Cons :
~ the fragrance is too strong
~ takes quite longer time to dry

Overall, I rate it 3.5 out of 5.

4. BRUNBRUN STRAWBERRY PEEL OFF MASK (moisturizing)
Peel off mask with strawberry and milk extract is specificially formulated to remove dirt while providing moisturization.

This mask comes in a tiny plastic packaging with sealed screw cap which is very cute. They wrote all the information of the product including ingredient list, product description, exp date, price, production & manufacture information at the back of the packaging.

This mask has a milky pink thick gel texture that will dry after few minutes and ready to be peeled off.

I gave this mask to my mom because she loves strawberry mask and she has dry skin. So I let her try and she said this mask smells like a bubblegum and has a strong alcohol scent. It smoothened her skin but not moisturizing. She loves it somehow.

Pros :

~ didn't break out her (my mom) skin

Cons :
~ has a strong alcohol scent
~ not moisturizing

Overall, she rates it 4 out of 5.

5. BRUNBRUN TWO PHASE MAKE UP REMOVER
Gently removes most resistant make up, including waterproof. Formulated with chamomile extract and jojoba oil, it cleans, moisturize and refresh your face.

This product comes in a transparent pink plastic bottle packaging with a flip cap. It contains 100 ml so it's perfect for traveling. All the information about product description, ingredient lists, exp date, production & distribution info are writen at white label on the packaging.

The texture is like a usual make up remover that split to pink oil at the bottom and transparent water on top. It has a quite strong sweet parfume scent but smells really nice somehow.

Here I swatched waterproof eyeliner, waterproof eyebrow pencil, pigmented eye shadow, lip cream and concealer on my hand and let's see how this make up remover works.

And believe it or not, they are perfectly wiped up with just one swipe!!!! That was amazing!!! This is the most powerful make up remover I've ever tried so far. The result was unexpected.

After trying this product, my impression is just one words. BRAVO!!! I will definitely repurchase this product.

6. BRUNBRUN LIP CHEEK EYE COLOR (seduce)
This is a lip cream which can also be used as cream blush and eye shadow.

This product comes in a rectangular transparant plastic lip packaging with black screw cap. So you can directly see the color from this lip packaging. There's no product description and ingredient list written on the packaging, only manufacture information, price and shade label.

This product has a creamy texture and it's buildable. No wonder it can be used not only for lipstick but also blendable as cream blush and eye shadow. Here I got a shade SEDUCE and here's the color.

Here's how it looks on my lips. I only use 1 layer and I spread them all over my lips so it didn't look too bold. And I kinda love it.

And this is how it looks if you use it as eyeshadow or cream blush. For me it's still too red. I prefer peach or baby pink blush.

After trying this product, here's my first impression. This product is good to create an ombre lips. It's buildable and you can add more layer to get bolder color. It doesn't feel dry, very lightweight. And even though it may stain on your glass, the pigment will stay still and not totally gone. So far, I like it.
