REVIEW BIODERMA SENSIBIO H2O MICELLAR WATER WITH NEW PACKAGING (SPONSORED)

Today I wanna share about one of my favourite cleanser that I got during the Surabaya Beauty Blogger 3rd Anniversary Event last month. This is Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water.

Actually I've ever talked about this product in my previous post last year. 
If you are a beauty, make up or skin care enthusiast, I believe you are already familiar with this brand especially their best selling Micellar Water.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar water has a benefits :

- gentle even for sensitive skin
- removes 99% make up
- eliminate 98% fine particles

This make up remover is formulated :
- without paraben
- hypoallergenic
- no rinse

And this holiday season, Bioderma presents their most iconic Micellar Water Sensibio H2O Limited Pump Edition as the new packaging.

The bottle is actually similar to the old one but if you look at the cap, you will see something different. And fyi, this new packaging is only available for big bottle (500 ml).
Now let's take a look at the cap. If you open the flip cap, you will see a round flexible plastic with the hole in the middle that connected to the pipe inside.

This innovation is pretty unique because you don't need to pur the micellar on the cottonpad like it used to. But you just need to put the cottonpad onto the plastic pump and press it, the water will come out onto the cotton pad. It's very easy right. you only need one hand to do this stuff.

And to check whether this product is still as good as the old one, I made a quick cleansing power test with this one.
Here I swatched some make up on my hand and most of them are color stay or waterproof make up.
I swatched waterproof eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, waterproof mascara, color stay lipstick, lip liner, eye shadow and blush.

And I tried to clean all those make up swatches with 2 pump of Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micellar water on the cotton pad. You'll be amazed by how it works.

I will clean all those swatches with just one swipe. And....
You can see almost all the swatches were erased. The only swatch left was the waterproof mascara which normally need to be cleansed with oil base cleanser because it's very very waterproof.

Now I will clean the remaining swatch and after 4-5 swipes, all the swatches were perfectly erased. nothing left and you don't need to rinse it off with water. And I only used one cotton pad. How cool is that!!!

For the cleansing power, I will give 💓💓💓💓💕 for this Micellar Water.

SURABAYA BEAUTY BLOGGER 3RD ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION (EVENT REPORT)

Today is a cloudy day, it flashed me back and boosts my mood to write and share about the warm and fun event that I attended last week. Coffee is prepared and I'm ready :)

So last week on Sunday 24th, I was attending the Surabaya Beauty Blogger 3rd Anniversary event at one of the cafe in east Surabaya, The Localist. 

Time ran so fast. I remember the 1st Anniversary of Surabaya Beauty Blogger on August 2017 and it only felt like few months ago. Can't believe I've already been in this community for over 2 years now. And thanks to Mindy as the founder of Surabaya Beauty Blogger for taking this community to the next level.

Back to the event, it was started at 12.00 pm. I arrived at 12.15 entered the cafe and directly signed my name at the registration table I met Pevita & Billy from CMM.ID as the person in charge that organize this special event.

The room was beautifully designed in pastel pink and blue There are photo booth at the front decorated in black and gold letter balloons and surrounded by many balloons in pastel pink and blue colors. 

There were 3 tiers cake provided by Parisienne Pastry as one of SBB sponsor, decorated with dry flowers around. They also provided the snack corners which looks so tempting especially for a pastry and dessert lover like me.

All the Beauty Goodies from the sponsors of Surabaya Beauty Blogger 3rd Anniversary event were set neatly at the other table.
They came from Althea, Bioderma and Ultima II.

The event began with a greeting from the beautiful charming and talented MC Chelsea. She's also one of the member of Surabaya Beauty Blogger. She invited Mindy as the founder of SBB and introduced the committe behind our Beauty Community Surabaya Beauty Blogger. They are Shelvi, Nessya and Caroline.

After the greeting speech, Chelsea invited Mrs. Ria as the Manager of The Localist to share about the Cafe. She shared about the history of the Cafe that started from Coffee Corner as the student cafe that changed its concept to be a family friendly cafe that provided a good ambience for family with little kids. Or anyone looking for instagramable cozy place to hang out. it was located at jl. Arief Rahman Hakim no 40, on 2nd floor, above Dr. Sjamsu Eye Clinic. He was the owner of the Localist.

On second floor, there are a kid playground designed like a toddler classroom which surely spoiled your kids. They also sell many english story book to sell with affordable price. The design is colorful and bright. kids will love to play while you were enjoying your meal or coffee downstairs.

The event continued with the beauty talk show about one of our main sponsors ALTHEA. It presented by Mindy, Caroline, Angelia, Vanissa and Redha. They introduced the Althea and each of them had a chance to share their personal review about Althea products they've ever tried. They also showed to the bloggers and our invited followers the Althea Exclusive and Abloom series which become best selling since the first launched.

After the Althea sharing session, it was time to spoil our tummy by enjoying the food provided by The Localist and snack corner by Parissienne Pastry. I tried the puff pastry as my appetizer and it was so crunchy. I love it!!!
And I enjoyed the fried noodle which is tasteful and succeed to destroy my diet :p

After lunch, the event continue with a sharing session with SBB member. Each of us had a chance to introduce ourself and promote our blogs. We also shared about how to become a beauty blogger, how to promote beauty product through blog, and we also shared about the lifestyle of becoming a beauty blogger. Some of us also answered the questions of the followers about flatlay photography for blog and blog domain. It was such a fun, friendly, casual and useful sharing for all of us.

Next is the share out give session from Blogger to invited follower. I forgot to tell you about this.
So few weeks before, we were asked to provide a gift for SBB follower which will be attending the event as our thankful and respect to them for supporting Surabaya Beauty Blogger 3rd Anniversary by joining this event.

The gift were gathered at the table and the participant can take one gift from the table without knowing who they coming from. After  everyone got their gift, it continued by unboxing session. It was so fun watching their enthusiasm. We left a short thankful note inside the gift box so they would finally know who the gift came from. It was fun yet creative!

The most fun session is the beauty games for our follower. So they were asked to do selfie with blogger whom they got a gift from and uploaded it on their instagram feeds. My gift was received by Ochix. She was pretty and friendly. It was nice meeting her there, especially since I know we have the same passion in beauty. Here's our selfie :)

As this was an Anniversary event, it wasn't feel complete without the cake cutting session, especially if the cake was already provided. So the next session is a tart cutting ceremony by the commitee. What a celebration!!! wish there will be confetti pop up but it would be a mess :p.

Then we almost came to the final session. It was the winner announcement for the Best Participant which was won by Ochix. Proud of you!!! The winner of the Beauty games won by Azza. And also the award for Surabaya Beauty Blogger of the year that goes to Sekar. I'm a fan of her!!! They got an extra gift from for being creative and enthusast on this event. Congratulation girls!!!

Finally, the celebration was closed with the photo session. 3 hours felt so fast. And I still  can'tmove on from this fun celebration until now while looking at all the photographs. Proud to be a part of this beauty community and hope for the best in the coming year.
