REVIEW CHARIS M+ MADECASSOSIDE CICA CREAM

Hi everyone,

I've been struggling with my skin break out lately. I tried one serum from one of the well known brand with the expectation that it would works to delay aging. But then after few days, my skin reacted due to on of the ingredient contain that irritate my skin.

What a coincidence that Charis sending me one of their skin care for me to try. Here's the M+ Madecassoside Cica Cream. I got 2 cream with different size. Bigger size contains 50 ml and smaller size contains 30 ml.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The M+ Madecassoside Cica Cream is a multi high tech solution for sensitized skin.
~ Clarifying
~ Lifting
~ Relaxing
~ Moisturizing
Contains Madecassoside and Cantella Asiatic Leaf Extract providing delicate hydration and moisturization effects to the sensitive skin damaged from external stimulation.

PACKAGING
This cream comes in a simple box packaging like dermatology products. All the information such as ingredient list, product description and way of use are writen on the box packaging with both english and some using korean hangeul.

Inside the packaging box, this cream is packed in a white tube with screw cap. Just like a usual dermatology cream.

At the back you can see the product contains. Other information are written in hangeul.

If you open the cap, the hole is still sealed.

TEXTURE & SCENT
This cream has a thick creamy texture with a soft natural leaves scent. I guess it's the Cantella Asiatic leaf's fragrance.

Even though this cream has a thick texture, it's easy to spread and absorbed into the skin without heavy feeling. It instantly gives calming sensation to my skin after application. It gives glowing finish to the skin after absorbed.

HOW IT WORKS
I try to use this Madecassoside Cica cream as a night cream and I'm quite amazed by how it recovered my break out skin in just 2 days. It fastly reduce my pimple and redness. My skin become plumper and look brighter & healthier.

I continue using it every night for a week. In day 3, I experience purging in some spot. I keep using it because some pimple also healed. But then look at the result. I used flash to make you see clearer.

This cream works like magic in curing all my acne break out in just 5 days. Not only that, can you notice that my skin look firmer than the previous pic? I love the lifting effect of this cream. ❤❤❤❤❤

However, I don't recommend this cream to be used as a make up base because it feels greasy going under make up. But if you have very dry skin, I think it will be fine to use it as a morning moisturizer or as a base.

So after trying this M+ Madecassoside Cica Cream, here's my pros & cons.

Pros :
~ reduce redness
~ make my skin plumper & moist
~ cure my acne break out faster
~ easy to absorbed
~ has cooling effect upon application
~ travel friendly

Cons :
~ feel greasy if go under make up
~ contains alcohol
~ cause purging (just a few days)

Overall, I rate this 4 out of 5.
