PURE SMILE GERBERA POINT PADS REVIEW

Today is April fool's day. Hope you didn't get fooled too much 😂😂😂
So last night I was trying a mask pad that I got from Althea trendy box. It's Pure Smile Gerbera Point Pads. Here's the picture.

It's a round shape mini sheet mask with gerbera flower printing design that you can stick to any part of your face or body that need extra moisture. It contains 10 sheets inside the sealed plastic pack.

At the back of the packaging, there's a picture that describe how you can use this pads. You can stick it to your cheek, feet, etc that feels dry. It's suitable for damage skin as written.

The ingredient is containing :
~ vitamin E
~ collagen
~ hyaluronic acid

All that mentions above I believe are good to cure dryness. There're more description but it all written in korean so that's all I can describe based on the picture.

At first, i didn't expect too much from this pads. I look at the price in Althea website and it's only 12K (after discount). The reason I try is because I wanna take a selfie with this cute stuff. 😄😄😄. So I tried to open the sealed but it was too sticky so i need to cut half of the seal to open it. And here's how the pad looks like.

It has pretty flower design and it holds much essence inside. Cute right 😍😍😍. So I stick it on both of my cheek for selfie. LOL 😂😂😂. Here it is. Excuse my sillyness. I guess it's prohibited though 😎

After took this pic, I pull the pad and wipe the remaining essence all over my face and neck until the pad run dry. So I remember only use this pad for less than 5 minutes. The instruction wrote that you need to leave for 10 mins but I didn't care as i didn't hope too much from this product.

But after I massage my face using the essence. I was quite surprise by the result. It felt like i've just used a real sheet mask. Felt so plump and moist. Here's my skin after using the pad.

It was so good on my skin, it made my skin more glowing and drink up. The result is even better than the previous mask I used which is twice more expensive. I got a lesson from this. "Don't judge a book by its cover!". I'm in love with this product 😍😍😍

So I googled about this product and here's what i found :

They got many design with different kind of essence and fragrance. They got flower design, fruit design, puppy paw design. They also got some disney and japan cartoon character printing design. And last but not least, the cute donut design which only available in japan market 🍩 so creative!!!
They say this point pads became more popular in japan although it's made in korea.

This pads has a very light fragrance and it didn't break out my skin even though i'm sensitive to fragrance. So I will try another variant soon. 

After all, here's my opinion :

Pros :

~ cute design

~ moisturize my dry skin

~ perfect sealed packaging

~ didn't break me out

~ very affordable

~ really worth the price

~ travel friendly

Cons :

~ the pad is less elastic that made it difficult to perfectly stick to your skin expecially after the essence absorbed.

Hope they will made silicon gel pads in the future.

HANSKIN BIO ORIGIN ROYAL AMPOULE B.B EX (SPF 44 PA+++)

Today I'm going to review one of the product that I got from Charis lucky box last month. It's Hanskin Bio Origin Royal Ampoule B.B ex (spf 44 PA+++). Charis gave me a 4 ml trial size bb cream that came in a small pump bottle. Here it is.

At first, I thought it's a make up base because the consistency is not a cream texture but like a liquid foundation. Until one day i need to go out in the afternoon, it was so hot and sunny so i need a high spf to cover my skin. I remember this sample have high spf so I grabbed it from the box and use it directly. 

After putting it on my face, I was amazed how great the coverage of this product. It was unexpected. I tried some bb cream with liquidy texture, mostly they have medium coverage. But this one did a really great job. 

Without further say, I'll show you how great the coverage of this product is. But before i start, here's the information i copied from the packaging box.

Hanskin Bio Origin Royal Ampoule B.B Ex (spf 44 PA+++) High nutrient BB that applies double emulsification technology of CELLTRION to contain ampoule serum in order to create moisturize and shiny skin.
So this bb cream is infused with serum to moisturize and providing a natural glow on your skin.

The bottle is so tiny. And I'm honestly impressed that they made this kinda mini pump bottle for 4 ml bb cream that normally came in a sachet. 😍😍😍 Now let me show you the swatch.

It came only one shade, such a natural beige or medium beige i think. And it's very light weight, with liquidy texture that's easy to blend. A little goes long the way. It has powdery scent. I'm actually sensitive to fragrance but this one didn't irritate my skin.

So here's my bare face. I only use sk II starting treatment essence and dr jart ceramidin liquid.

As you see i have some discolouration, dark spot and acne scar. I usually use essence + moisturizer before applying bb cream because my skin is very dry and dehydrated. Now I'm gonna apply this product on half part of my face. 

There you can see my left side without bb cream and my right side using bb cream. It blends easily and cover all the imperfection on my skin. It hides my large pore better than the bb cream and cushion that i often use. And i love the natural glow they provide. Some bb cream or cushion left my skin overglow but this one is great.

Now I will apply all over my face and here's the result

I really love the final result of this bb cream. It doesn't leave greyish tone. It suit my skintone and the glow is so natural. This product also have a good oil control. So they moisturize my skin but also control the oil level even after 5 hours. 

So after 3 times using this product, here's my conclusion

Pros :
~ easy to blend
~ have spf 44 PA+++
~ great coverage
~ didn't dry out my skin
~ didn't break me out
~ very light weight

Cons :
~ none so far

I rate this 5 out of 5

I will definitely purchase the full size soon. Here's the picture of the full size one. Packed in a very luxurious rose gold pump bottle. And it cost 39.9 US$ at Charis Official.

UNBOXING ALTHEA (TRENDY BOX) 10 MINUTES MAKE UP BOX

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday i received my Althea (trendy box) 10 minutes make up box and I'm so excited 😍😍😍 It's my 1st Althea box i purchased and I'm satisfied because every goodies inside match my skintone and my fave colour. Now I'm gonna make the unboxing post and shortly describe each of the product inside. Check it out 😎 

Taraaaaaa.... here they are 🤗

There are 6 items inside this pretty box :

1. PIOLANG ESTHETIC HOUSE 4D PORE & BALANCE SOLUTION FOAM CLEANSER

It's a cleansing foam and pore pack in one tube contain 250 ml. The description is written all in korean but I got some information about this cleanser from the althea website.

So based on the information above, i think this is a deep cleanser that works as the exfoliator. It balance the oil and water in our skin, reduce blackhead and whitehead also improve the skintone. It's good for normal to oily skin. So for dry skin like mine, i guess i shouldn't use it as everyday cleanser.

2. MISSHA THE ORIGINAL TENSION PACT CUSHION (SPF 37/PA+++)

I got shade 23 which is a little darker than my skin tone. Here's the shade they have 

I'm gonna make a review about this cushion after i tried it out. One thing i disappointed about this, is the mirror. It has so many scratches and looks like it's already been used. But the cushion itself is sealed so i'll tolerate it. Hope it won't happened again.

I personally love the packaging. It looks simple but luxurious. And reading from the information, i believe the coverage is so great.

I can't wait to try it and I wish it won't break out my sensitive skin. Let's see.

3. SKIN FOOD MINERAL SUGAR BLEND EYES EYE SHADOW PALETTE

I got shade 01 (berry chiffon). This is my fave among all those 6 items i got from this box. It's very travel friendly and look at the colour...

It has 6 natural colour that perfect for everyday make up. It has slightly shimmer. It has a mirror in the palette and one eye shadow brush. It's really suitable for make up newbie like me. My 1st eye shadow palette is sleek i divine au natural. Love that but too big for travelling. Thanks Althea for this palette. Will go into my make up travel pouch.

With this palette, I'm gonna make a no make up, make up look. Will uploaded soon in my instagram.

4. BLINGSOME LIP LACQUER

It's a matte liquid lipstick with unique shape. It doesn't come with a lip brush. It has classic lipstick shape with a tiny hole in the middle. You need to turn the bottom and the liquid will come out through that tiny hole. I got shade no 04 (dusty coral) and i really love it.

I also wanna make a review about this lip lacquer because this is my 1st liquid lipstick. This colour is perfect combined with the eye shadow. So glad i got all those natural shades.

5. RIRE LUXE DUAL STICK

On the box it's written this is a multidual stick to be used as eye shadow, blush, foundation, highlighter, etc. But the no 01 is only for contouring and highlighting. 

This is also my 1st dual contouring stick. I usually use contour & highlighting palette from sleeks. So I'm curious to try this stuff.

6. PURE SMILE GERBERA POINT PADS

It's a mask for damage skin. The description is all in korean and only the ingredients written in english. And that is vitamin e, collagen and hyaluronic acid. It contains 10 circle pads with flower design. And it said : point skincare mask with rich Gerbera extract to improve your damaged skin.

On the packaging there's a picture showing that this pads can be used on the face also other part of the body. Such as feet. I'm gonna try on my body before trying it on my face. I'll update the review soon.

So that's all. I haven't tried any of these product yet. I think for the eye shadow, cushion, lip lacquer and dual stick, i will shortened into one posting. A natural make up look using 4 of those product. Hope I can post before the end of this month.

BEIGE CHUU NEWBORN CUSHION FIRST IMPRESSION

It's been 2 weeks since my last post. To be honest i had terrible breakout lately and I was too afraid to try new product. And it's getting a lot better now so I decided to try my 1st cushion that I got from charis lucky box last month. It's Beige Chuu New born Cushion. Here it is.

It came in a deep black packaging box which made it looks simple but classy. There's no english language in the description behind. The only information i got is the spf 50+ PA+++. And the shade is no 21 (yellow).

Now let's check what's inside

I personally love the packaging. It's a glossy black and looks luxurious. There's a mirror inside and the applicator sponge is so soft and bouncy.

There's another sticker inside to seal the cushion. And i have no idea what's written on it. It written Beige Chuu

And i really couldn't guess what it is. 😎😎😎

And here's the shade

Please don't be confuse about the shade. It's actually the same shade but different lighting. I don't think it's yellow at first, it looks more like beige. But after i put under the light, it looks slighty yellow. They got 3 shades and this one is the lightest.

Now I'm gonna show you my bare face before using this cushion

As you see i got small pimple from previous break out and also some acne scar around my chin. I got large pore and some discoloration. Now i'll use this cushion only on half of my face so you can see the difference.

You see it didn't look like yellow. More like a light beige one. But this cushion is very lightweight. It feels like you didn't wear foundation. Even lighter than bb cream. But the coverage is really good. It covers all my i perfection. I'll show you the comparison.

Sorry for the bad lighting but i hope you can still see the difference. The left side is my face without cushion and the right side is using cushion. It brightened my skin immediately and looks naturally glow. I can't compare this cushion with other cushion because this is my first time trying cushion. But it feels more comfortable and light weight than using a bb cream that i usually use.

Now here's my face after fully covered with cushion

I love how it looks on my face. It looks dewy and so natural. It also suit my skintone. Now here's the update after 3 hours.

I took this after going out in the afternoon where the weather is so hot and humid. And i confirmed that it has a really good staying powder and great oil control. Really worth to try especially if you have oily skin or combination.

And here's my finals thought :

Pro :
 ~ very light weight
 ~ has spf 50 PA+++
 ~ good coverage
 ~ didn't break out my skin
 ~ paraben free
 ~ good oil control

Cons :
 ~ quite dry if i use for under eye area
 ~ can't hide my dark circle

So that's my first impression using Beige Chuu Newborn cushion. And I think I'm gonna repurchase.
